PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Pumped For Post Sec (PFPS) program is a partnership between the Community Partnerships Office of George Brown College and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto designed to benefit high school students from the TDSB who are interested in a post-secondary mentorship experience. Program participants are paired in activities with current George Brown students who have been successfully screened and trained by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto. Mentors will support high school students in developing a better sense of steps to take beyond high school.

Matches meet for 13 Thursday sessions from October - April, on campus and engage in group and individualized activities, including: tour of the campus, mock lecture, financial aid information, athletic clinics, skating and much more.
